Book Club at Haslar Marina

Are you a book lover? We're excited to announce that we're launching our book club in partnership with the lovely local team from The Book Shop in Lee-on-Solent.
This is the perfect way to meet fellow bookworms, discover your next favourite book and share your passion for reading.
Join the book club
Taking place once every four weeks the book club based on the book from The Book Shop's monthly (and much loved!) Positivity Box which you can pick up from the Haslar Marina office from the 7th September.
The subscription to the Positivity Box costs £12 a month by standing order (after the purchase of your first box). The box contains the book of the month (paperback) a chocolate bar, a hot chocolate, a bookmark and details of the book club meet, all wrapped in tissue, placed in a box and tied with a ribbon - they also make a great present!
About the event
The Book club will take place at The Creek at Haslar Marina once every four weeks, hosted by one of the knowledgeable and enthusiastic team from The Book Shop, with the first Book Club taking place on Thursday 24th October at 6.30pm.
The event is free for subscribers to the Positivity Box, but you might choose to indulge in a glass of wine or one of our small plates whilst you share your thoughts on the book or listen to those from the group.
